Shell¶
Shell Plateau was founded as an ambassadorial region of the "Council of Podina" in the north of the 10th world.
Later, when the "Alliance of the Islands" was formed, the members stipulated that this region would also be the ambassador region of the AdI.
The peoples of the AdI, especially the Talinster and Woda'narod, collected ambassadors from different peoples on their travels and brought them to Shell Plateau.
Over time, ambassadors from many peoples reached the region independently.
At the best of times, around 60 (or more) peoples had their representatives in this region.
The gods created the shell (week 453, last week of the month of Sunfire in the year 10 of the Second Age,December 11, 2005).
It is given to every nation that enters the Shell Plateau ambassador region for the first time.
The shell weighs nothing in a person's material inventory.
When used, a region report is generated in which the user reports to the region's residents of Muschelplateau and how many weeks ago he was there for the first time.
