3 Horse happiness 50 horses reproduce up to four times
3 Berserker Blood 10 people in combat Attack +1
4 Farmer-loving gives up to 1,000 farmers in the region ten times the chance to reproduce
4 Elixir of Power Gives 10 people five times hit points
4 Healing Potion Gives a person 200 hit points upon death

In order to create a potion, you need an alchemy skill equal to twice the potion level. Potions that affect a unit's items expire if they cannot be used because the unit no longer has these items.
