Farmers proliferation

Farmers reproduce at a rate of 1 per thousand per week.
It is rounded up, i.e. in a week, one is added for every 1000 farmers.

Using peasant love potion the reproduction rate can be increased significantly.
This gives up to 1,000 farmers an average of ten times the chance of reproducing for a week.
However, this effect is subject to significant fluctuations.
