Farmers hike

Farmers are able to move from region to region.
Migrating farmers do not work during the week of the migration, but still consume silver (in the target region).

Farmers emigrate for different reasons.

Fleeing from monsters

Peasants flee from Monsters.

If monsters appear in a region, they drive away some farmers every week.
The number of farmers displaced depends on the type and number of monsters.
Monsters summoned by players can also drive away farmers.

Overpopulation

Farmers are emigrating because of overpopulation.
If there are more farmers than jobs in a region (see here), some of the unemployed emigrate to neighboring regions.

Poverty

Farmers emigrate also because of poverty.
