This is how you change the language of the faction from English to German or vice versa.
The order must be given by some unit as normal.
The new language only becomes active with the following evaluation.
The orders in which you send the LANGUAGE order are still in the old language.
The evaluation and orders template are then received in the new language.
The server is trying to translate the Orders into the new language, but it is not guaranteed that this will work completely in all cases.
